「Villa Roka is a beautiful home, well-maintained and welcoming. The photos on the online profile are true to life. The back courtyard and pool were delightful. The kitchen is well-equipped. Hot water works in the showers. Walk to the beach is about 15 minutes. 「This property is misrepresented. it is much further from DSS Airport. An hour drive. Miles from any store. Flew into DSS could not stay there because it being so far for everything. I requested a refund because I never checked in. Their policy states they will keep one night charges. This hotel refused to give me any of my prepaid fees back and I had paid for 10 days. This is rude and not proper for a business to do this!」

「I needed a place to stay overnight on a layover in Dakar. This was the wrong choice. The address you are given does not match the property location on Expedia. The staff who helped me was as sweet as they come but we couldn’t communicate. No lock on the bedroom door, and you are locked in the property. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. 」
