“This charming little suite was very comfortable. My husband and I spent two nights there. Vince was very accommodating-- he let us check in earlier than three o'clock. Communicating with Vince was super easy. The location is terrific. Situated in the Ballard neighborhood of Seatle. It felt very safe and there are various restaurants near-by: The Barking Dog restaurant had superb hamburgers. It is also very conveniently located to public transportation. It is a block away to Bus line D on 15th……

“The loft was lovely, well appointed and in an excellent location in the city between Seattle Center and downtown. Also access to garage parking is an added bonus. Excellent and prompt communication from the host throughout and to resolve a wifi issue. The shower also is excellent.”

“The unit was clean and attractively arranged, but the check-in process was exhausting. The smart lock on the unit door did not work, and requesting new codes through the app did not solve the problem. I had to go back and forth with the host before eventually obtaining a backup physical key. The nearby parking-access door was also malfunctioning that day. In addition, a person experiencing homelessness had set up camp beside the garage entrance, which made each trip to and from the car……

“A hidden gem. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, with a view of the water from the large kitchen window and seating area that a poet could visit with for days and still not capture all the beauty of. The host is there when you need her, is friendly and kind and otherwise lets you feel as if you’re on your own. Everything I needed was supplied, refreshed without asking during my stay. She also left fresh flowers a couple of times on the back porch table, they smelled amazing in the vases offered……

“This is a very comfortable, quiet place to stay on Bainbridge. Easy communication with the host, nice personal touches like homemade granola and other breakfast foods.There were books available to read, a big tv if you need it, and a nice little outdoor spot to sit. I was solo and it was lovely and I think it would work well for a couple.”

“Lots of Character and charm. Clean and comfortable. Loved the bird feeder at the window and all the birds we were able to watch both in the evening and morning before we left. Lovely location.”

“Photo of couch has been edited. It’s half the size of the picture. There is no lighting down walk way to the place. Best of luck finding parking anywhere close by. Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again.”

“Great location, quiet apartment. Clean, good layout, everything as expected. A small hiccup at check-in which was quickly resolved by the super responsive hosts. Very convenient location for restaurants, evening entertainment, attractions, proximity to business locations such as AWS HQ. I will stay here again as the need arises.”

“Great location! Just make sure you check the location of the apartment. There are several apartment buildings in the area. There is also a large grocery store across the street. Plenty of street parking. Absolutely gorgeous apartment but very small. Perfect for one or two guests.”
