"The hotel overall is nice and clean, but the car park entrance is quite difficult to locate. As next to it are 2 pubs and bars, at night you can still hear the music and beats through the windows, quite annoying to be honest."

"The service and condition of the hotel are very good. Except there was black stain (looks like mold stain) and yellow dots on the towel. It is totally unacceptable in such a high ranking hotel."

"Was upgraded to a suite @£88 from double room and never regretted. Everything was great and room service dinner was good quality. Only gripe was breakfast was £21/- per head that we skipped it and instead went to a well reviewed a breakfast place near the new street station"

"The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced.
