"The service and condition of the hotel are very good. Except there was black stain (looks like mold stain) and yellow dots on the towel. It is totally unacceptable in such a high ranking hotel."

"Though the check in was slow as there were not enough staff to cater for the number of people wanting to check in, the overall experience was fantastic.
