「Car park a treck if you have items to carry. Digital key code would not work setting alarm off. Told to wait 45 mins for someone to come and re set until she remembered emergency key in cupboard in hallway. Flat lovely inside however bathroom lock was broken and no cold water coming through the shower scalding us. Reported but nonresponse. Fans on and off from building next door. When going out in the morning seeing the entrance in daylight was horrible. Bins and just not a safe looking place....

「We were a group of 4 friends who met at University (a long time ago!).We’re spread across the country so this location just off the M40 was ideal. The facilities are great. Where else can you find the exclusive use of a tennis court, swimming pool and a snooker table?! The owner’s communication before and during our stay were first class. Check-in was very easy.No issues at all and you can safely ignore other reviews about the motorhomes causing parking problems -they are blocked parked down...

「Very easy to find, parking is nice and safe,Great welcome pack on arrival, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee and more. Lovely property, not really any bad points if I was being picky may need a little bit of TLC in the future, but nothing that would put me off staying again 」

The bell tent was lovely very clean and bright, with good ventilation and a comfortable bed. The shower and toilet was adjacent to our tent and was very clean also. Jim the owner was very helpful providing lots of information prior to arrival and during our stay to ensure we had a great time.I would definitely recommend booking a stay here.Mark」
