Blanca Beach

The beach and room were great however most of the staff, especially at the restaurants, seemed disinterested in whether or not the guests had a good experience. The steakhouse was particularly poor in this area and getting into the other sit down restaurant was extremely hard to do because of the demand. Additionally, guests needed to request water to the room on a daily basis and it had to be done within a particular time frame which seemed ridiculous. The pool bar and housecleaning staff were much better but they were overshadowed by the lack of hospitality from other staff members during our stay.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Could not have had a better experience.
