「Lovely stay at this place. Never tired of the view!」

「Lovely bach, excellent location. Would love to make a suggestion to have some pedestal fans available to use at night for sleeping, it’s such a nice warm bach but unbearable for sleep…….we wished we’d brought our own fans. Also Bachcare sent us the wrong lockbox code but we’re lucky they answered the phone with the first call and rectified the problem. Thankyou to the owners for renting out their home so people like us can have a summer holiday at the best location!!」

「Our booking was by pure fluke. We were staying in Mangawhai and every holiday rental was totally booked until we came across this beauty. Amy, our host and son Finn welcomed us to their piece of paradise with open arms and big smiles. We were then greeted by horses outside our window, an immaculate fully self contained flat with the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in and a swimming oasis at our feet. Everything about our stay was magical, right down the the friendly locals at the store 2mins...

「Nice big house in a quiet gated community suitable for a family stay. Short drive or walk to the beach. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms and big fridge. The house is great though the outdoor furniture was rather rough and the lack of shade (broken umbrella) on the large deck meant we couldn’t sit outside during the day. The couches could do with a clean as well, they were quite stained and dirty. The house could do with some more glassware too.」

「Mary's apartment is nothing short of fabulous. Clean & comfortable with quality fittings. An easy walk to the beach or an even easier walk to the estuary. I hope I get the chance to stay there again.」

「We (three old friends) spent two nights here to celebrate a birthday. It surpassed expectations in every way. The view is the star player, just incredible. We ended up chatting on the deck at great length, occasionally looking through binoculars for whales (no luck). Very comfortable bedrooms, well appointed. Excellent kitchen. Loads of extras, beautifully stocked with things to do, like swimming, spa, games, marveling at the view! Absolutely wonderful. Hosts are great communicators. Spotlessly...
