Apartment OCEAN AND FOREST VIEWS WITH PRIVATE POOL (2 rooms)

Apartment in a privileged and quiet residential area called Santa Cristina, located between Blanes and Lloret de Mar, 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Santa Cristina and Treumal. The beaches are sandy with crystal-clear water, surrounded by forest, and accessible on foot.

The apartment is completely independent, with its own entrance, private pool, large terrace, and is located on the first floor of a splendid south-facing villa. Only this apartment is rented in the villa.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower. Outside, there is a large terrace, part of which is covered for rain and sun protection, and another part is a solarium with a private pool for the guests of this apartment. The pool has beautiful sea views.

The apartment is ideal for families with up to two children and four guests in total. Unfortunately, we do not accept groups of young people.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the apartment. The apartment has free high-speed Wi-Fi.

Up to two pets are allowed, with a maximum supplement of €80 per pet depending on size.

The tourist tax applies to adults only, is per person, and is payable separately on arrival.
