    The studio includes a cozy sleeping space and a functional living area, ideal for couples or small families. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet, and the kitchen provides all essential appliances and cooking utensils to prepare meals at your convenience. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the nearby coastline, everything is within easy reach.

    Additional features include a flat-screen TV, modern furnishings, and a private parking space—an added bonus in this central location. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed, ensuring a clean and peaceful environment for all guests. Perfectly situated near the beach and shops, this studio combines convenience, comfort, and style.

    For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other.
