Small cottage of 40m2 fully equipped, located in the heart of the vineyards between the village of Blauzac and Uzès. The rental is located about 100m from the Domaine de Malaïgue, a small hamlet with character where you can taste its organic wine.
The living room consists of an equipped kitchen (coffee maker, combined microwave, kettle, toaster, electric hob, fridge / freezer), opening onto a covered terrace shaded by olive trees where you can enjoy the wooded grounds olive trees, umbrella pines and the swimming pool. The living room is composed of a pull-out sofa allowing to obtain two bedding (80x190cm) for the night, an armchair and a coffee table.
The bathroom is made up of a shower, a washbasin, a WC and a washing machine. At your disposal: hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, fans, iron and table ...
Upstairs, a large master bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm), dressing table, storage unit. Breathtaking view of the village of Blauzac.
Terrace with electric barbecue, table and 4 armchairs, as well as 4 low chairs and small table.
Pool side, 2 sun loungers and 2 deckchairs. Swimming pool of 4mx8m shared with the owner. All on a landscaped garden of 7000m2. Change of scenery guaranteed!
Private parking.
Household linen is provided on request and at an additional cost of 15 € / person.
Cleaning is optional, carried out by you or a rate of € 50 will be required.
A deposit of 400 € by check will be requested upon arrival and returned the week following your departure.
Location: 4 km from the center of Uzès and 3 km from the village of Blauzac. Uzès on foot via the Chemin du Pont Romain in an idyllic setting.

    Entspannte Zeit in reizvoller Umgebung

    Das Haus und die Umgebung sind genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Dame des Anwesens empfangen (spricht nur französisch) und eingewiesen. Während des Aufenthaltes haben wir sie kaum gesehen. Einzige Einschränkung ist die gelegentliche "Schwäche" des Internets. Wenn die Eigentümer des Anwesens das Internet benutzen, dann hat man im Gästehaus das Nachsehen. Ansonsten wirklich alles prima.

    Séjour parfait

    Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans le gîte de Catherine et Stéphane. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Catherine qui a eu à coeur de nous laisser des boissons fraîches à notre arrivée. Le gîte était d'une propreté irréprochable. Ayant l'habitude de voyager, je n'avais jamais vu un tel niveau de propreté. Catherine et Stéphane ont vraiment tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe bien. Ils sont à l'écoute, très sympathiques, bienveillants et disponibles. Je ne peux que recommander très chaleureusement ce gîte qui est très cosy, au calme, fonctionnel, dans un magnifique environnement. De plus, sa proximité avec Uzes et de très belles autres villes, nous a permis d'avoir un pied à terre pour sillonner les alentours. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Encore un grand merci à Catherine et Stéphane pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil

    Schönes, kleines Traumhaus in ruhiger Lage

    Wer die Ruhe sucht und die Erholung eher abseits des Touristentrubels findet, ist hier richtig. Das kleine Haus in den Weinbergen bietet alles, was man zu zweit braucht. Tolle Terrasse, einen schönen Pool, Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer alles geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Direkt vom Haus weg kann gewandert werden. Ausflüge in die Gardon-Schlucht oder nach Uzès sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die Gastgeber Stephane und Catherine helfen jederzeit gerne mit weiteren Tipps. Dicke Empfehlung!

    Ferien im Herzen von Sonnenblumenfeldern und Weinreben

    Ein sehr schönes, individuelles kleines Ferienhaus inmitten eines gepflegten Grundstückes mit Olivenbäumen und einem wunderbaren Schwimmbad mit Bick in die Ferne auf das Dorf Blauzac. Von den Vermietern wurden wir herzlich empfangen und hatten sehr nette Gespräche. Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Terrakotta-Böden, "antiken" Kommoden und Schränken, einem zwar kleinen aber sehr schönen Bad und einer sehr schönen Dusche. Auch die Terasse war gemütlich mit einem runden Tisch und 4 Stühlen und 2 Liegestühlen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

    Gemütliches Ferienhaus

    Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen bei Cathrine und Stephane verbracht.Das Haus ist hell und gemütlich,den Pool haben wir täglich genossen,auch abends bei einem Aperitif mit dem Blick auf Blauzac.Die Lage ist sehr zentral ,so dass man nie weit fahren muss zum wandern,Kanu fahren oder auch die Städte zu besichtigen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

    Deux semaines de vacances de rêve.

    La propriété est située dans un endroit de toute tranquillité, au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Le gîte est agréable et bien équipé. La terrasse ombragée où on a pris tous nos petits déjeuners et dîners, donne sur le jardin et la piscine. De la piscine on a une vue magnifique sur le paysage et sur le village de Blauzac dans le lointain . Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires qui se sont toujours montrés à la fois très discrets et extrêmement prévenants. Nous avons l'intention d'y retourner...

    Schönes kleines Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Uzes

    Das Ferienhaus von Catherine und Stephane liegt direkt am Weingut Malaigue auf halbem Weg zwischen Uzes und Blauzac. Von dort erreicht man Uzes mit dem Fahrrad in 20min über eine alte Römerbrücke. Das Haus selbst liegt sehr einsam und ruhig. Es ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

    Remarquable gîte au milieu des oliviers et des vignes. Très propre. Très bien équipé et fonctionnel. On s'y sent vraiment bien dès l'arrivée. Une très belle piscine. Un vrai petit paradis ! Nos hôtes, Catherine et Stéphane, sont d'une gentillesse et d'une bienveillance exceptionnelle. Nous reviendrons !
