Room had a window air conditioner that was loud but sufficient to keep the room cool. Bathroom had some mold along the baseboards and the toilet leaked water on the floor. It’s a typical Ontario road side dumpy motel. The upside was the restaurant across the street that makes excellent home cooked meals and the closeness to TH.

Stayed for one night. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable bed but would have liked better pillows. Nice to have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. I had a lower level room and was able to park in front of the door, which is very convenient. The room has been partially renovated - new floors, new bathroom however, the furniture could use some updating, the place could be painted and the bathroom ceiling needs to be finished. There is no niche or shelf in the shower where you can put the soap, shampoo, etc. Shower floor is extremely slippery since it's wall tiles therefore, strongly recommend a shower mat in the bottom of the shower. Old AC unit that was very noisy. Light outside is ON all night and the curtains are not blackout, so the room was very, very bright! Walkable across the street to restaurants, LCBO and shops, which was nice. OK stay for one night.

This motel is currently under construction, and some of the rooms are being renovated. It appeared that people were full time residents living in most of the rooms. Our room did have a working microwave and refrigerator. The furniture and bed were old and in poor condition. The room itself was relatively clean. The wifi did work. The motel is dog friendly and there is a fenced area for your pet. It was very pricey for the quality of accommodations. Parking was free, but that was the only amenity. I would not stay here again.

we had a roof over our heads, hot water eventually and the view of the river was incredible....other than that i rate the place 1 star. Bathtub handle fell off, towels are thread bare, tiny old bar soap, broken shower curtain, one dirty window with old torn curtain. I would rate the raging river 5 stars tho

A clean, no-frills hotel with great staff and an excellent view of the river. Pet-friendly, with nature walks next to the hotel, and close to very good Pizza. If you stay in Blind River, this is the place to go.
