「This place was heaven!! The view is like nothing you've ever seen before. The mountains are gigantic and the view from the deck overlooking Lauterbrunnen in the valley doesn't even look real! Definitely the best option in Wengen. The Alpine staff service was beyond stellar. So friendly and accommodating. We walked to the train station early each morning. It's about a 15 minute walk and so worth it. There wasn't much open as we visited in the off-season but that was by design as we wanted to...

「Unbelievable little town ❤️ nestled in the most enchanted valley! Lots to do or just relax and enjoy the view. Juliet was very attentive and responded to my communication promptly (even shipped a new toaster when she found out ours wasn’t working). 「Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍」

「Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. 」
