B-town Cozy Quarters

  • This beautiful studio is a 2nd floor walk-up located in a Historical limestone house. Uniquely, this unit is 2 parts split across the shared entry hallway. One section is the bedroom/Living area and fully furnished kitchen, the other is the full, private bathroom. Both are accessed via keypad lock. Quick 5-7 minute drive to Sample Gates and IU Memorial Stadium. Bloomington's B-line walking trail one block away!

    The apartment is accessed through the lobby with a keypad entry door.

    The bathroom is across a shared hallway. Use the same code to unlock.

    The shower has low clearance in part of it. If you're about 6ft or taller, please be aware.

    Hosts available by Airbnb app, cellphone, and text.

Very clean room, very cozy bed, very nicely furnished room. I was not aware it was a shared bathroom, but that didn't bother me at all (I might have missed reading it in the listing). Very affordable, very close to downtown.

Clean place, although some of the hall way was being renovated. Host was excellent, very kind and friendly. The location was pretty good too being about a 8 minute walk to kirkwood. We also walked to memorial stadium, that was 40 minutes.

Cozy and clean - great location!

I was attending a conference at Monroe Convention Center which is just a block or two away. It was very convenient. My husband stayed with me and we were able to walk to nearby bars and restaurants. The space was exactly as described on the listing and the hosts were very communicative leading up to our check-in day. The room was clean as well. I liked the large TV in the unit we had. Highly recommend! Thanks Andrew and Amy.
