Very pet friendly, clean. There aren't any eating options in walking distance but if you have a car, it's very close to lots of good places. I will be staying here everytime I visit my college kid. I found our place! Highly recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights visiting my daughter in college.We arrived on Friday afternoon November , 7. Check in was easy. We walked in a room and I was so upset because nobody clean the room. It was crumbs on a kitchen floor, dog hair on a desk, on a carpet and kitchen floor. Splashes of soap and water on a bathroom mirror. Looks like housekeeper change the sheets and left the room. I called front desk to tell them about condition of the room and ask to move us to different room but they told me hotel rooms s sold out, was no rooms available. Very nice housekeeper came and offered to clean our room. We left for the evening and when we came back the room was looking much more presentable. Also smell in the room was very heavy to breath. Like bad spray or something else. We been told that this hotel is a dog friendly but it’s doesn’t mean can’t be clean properly for the next guests. Was very upsetting begging of the stay.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean—the tub, microwave, refrigerator, and windows were all dirty. This made the experience uncomfortable and far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made to cleanliness and maintenance. Also someone tried to check into my room at 7:30 AM and staff tried to get into my room around 10:30 AM stating that my room was supposed to be vacant although I had the room for two nights.

The bed was comfortable, parking lot was fine, the low score I gave was due to the lack of hand soap by the sink and body wash in the shower (both bottles were empty). When I went down to the front desk to report this, the clerk said she would get some from supplies and bring it to our room, which she did soon after. The room was a bit dirty with trash and dirt on the floor behind the nightstand between the beds.

The front desk was not staffed. There was loud music each of three days we were there. The hotel staff knew it was a construction crew staying there but did nothing about it. The tub was supposedly handicap accessible but was far too high for comfortable access. Overall, I will NOT stay there again.

We were welcomed by the stench of the lobby and the smell continued to our room. Bed cover was ripped and dirty and was not washed for years. Stains in the toilet. Hot water will stop abruptly. We understand the hotels are crowded in this area due to the large number of families coming to Bloomington. But this place is not the place to stay. Please do not add additional stress staying at this place. Not ot mentiona they charge very high price. For an additional $20 there are other clean hotels in Bloomington. If there is an option to upload photos we could have uploaded the photos of the filthy rooms.

Very bad rooms

Checked it to first room got there and it smelled very moldy that’s because cause the air conditioner had the entire floor soaked! So I tried to cancel, but they said they couldn’t give me my money back because I booked through a third-party so they gave me another room. Got to this room and my TV did not work and they couldn’t call maintenance so I decided to take a shower and when I went to the bathroom, I noticed mold all on the ceiling. At this point I was feed up took both keys downstairs and left! Filed a complaint now wa in response! I really don’t want anything short of a free room and my money back it was awful!😡

The staff were nice. The room was fine. The only real issue was there was no ice available in the whole hotel. I checked in and I felt that the should have been spoken of during check-in and not after when I went to my room and noticed that I didn't have a ice bucket.
