Staff was very friendly. Room very clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have free coffee in mornings in breakfast room. Noisy street and construction site across street not ideal but otherwise a fairly convenient location.

Very clean. Excellent location adjacent to the Bloomington convention center, and a few blocks away from some of the best food, coffee, drinks, and shops in the town. The wonderful pedestrian and bike path is right off the hotel's parking lot as well. The lobby and pool/hot tub are wonderful.

I’m going to be honest, the hotel was great! The staff and the room were great. It was the area around the hotel. All night long, noisy traffic, cars racing down the road, and not to mention, the emergency vehicles allll night long. My husband and I were woken up each night we stayed at least 4 times due to sirens. We walked to an antique store that is down the road, turned a corner, and there were homeless people, sitting in the alley. I know that’s not the hotels fault, but we felt unsafe due to the homeless on every corner near this hotel, I’m not saying that they were dangerous, but you never know with today’s society.

Very nice hotel. "Bistro" is not much to speak of. Walkable to downtown, lots of restaurants, close to IU campus. Room was cool, dark and quiet. Beds comfortable, 3 pillows. Front desk very friendly and heloful.

Juan Resendiz greeted us as we entered. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. He set the right tone for our visit. The room was comfortable and we had a v good time

Accommodating, The room was really nice, the staff was nice as well. The area around downtown Bloomington was a little run down. Sadly, large homeless population. I don’t understand why they charge for Parking when they have a lot on the property.
