Escape to a serene condo, where you’ll enjoy complete privacy on a screened-in porch nestled in the woods. Just a minute’s walk from The Golf Club at Eagle Pointe, you’ll have access to a range of amenities, including a restaurant, pool (end of May-Sept) with bar, 6 pickleball courts, cornhole, bocce ball, and fitness classes. A short drive to Bloomington, the condo is the ideal for visiting IU while enjoying a relaxing weekend. FREE State Park pass, pickleball paddles/balls provided (must reserve a court).

Please strip the beds used during your stay, place used towels in the bathtub, and do the dishes (leaving them in the dishwasher is fine).
No smoking or vaping allowed inside or within 25 ft of the building. $350 fee charged if there is a smoke smell, cigarette butts, ashes, etc. found.
Failure to return the included items: hang-tag $50, State Parks Pass $75, pool fob $50 (May-Sept), pickleball paddle $25, ball $10, case $25.
