Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful and well-kept. Breakfast was delicious and the owner and her staff are super friendly. The owner even took time to play with our 2-year old granddaughter. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Property and our room were sparkling clean. Comfy beds and pillows. Complimentary bottled water, soda and coffee available all day. Delicious gourmet breakfast is included. Close to campus and downtown B-town. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing place to stay. The house was lovely and the room was cozy and clean. I enjoyed my balcony and the jacuzzi tub. It’s close to downtown Bloomington but far enough away that it’s peaceful and quiet. Definitely go on a weekend and enjoy the fabulous included gourmet breakfast. I will definitely stay again.

Quaint, charming, warm and friendly. The house needs upkeep such as painting and fixing outdoor areas such as decks/porches. The room I stayed in had no closet and very limited space for suitcases. No temperature control for the room other than a window and a ceiling fan.

We have stayed here three times and everytime is a wonderful get away. The rooms are always clean, close to many restaurants, staff is kind and welcoming! I love having drinks, and snacks available to curb those needs. Breakfast is also always tops tier and enough to fill you up before heading to town to see the sights and try new places.
