Welcome to Find the Joy, a brand-new, 4000+ square foot luxury retreat in Blowing Rock’s premier gated SweetGrass community, with access to a shared lakehouse with amenities such as a gourmet kitchen, game room, fitness center, and Wi-Fi, along with outdoor features like a patio, fire pit, sandy beach, and fishing docks where you can catch rainbow trout, and even canoes!

Nestled at the base of Grandfather Mountain and just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, this home combines breathtaking mountain views with the charm of a private lake, walking trails, and exclusive community amenities.

Inside, soaring timber-frame ceilings and a grand stone fireplace set the tone for cozy gatherings. The open-concept living space flows into a chef’s kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters, and seating for the whole group.

Step out to the expansive covered deck to enjoy fireside evenings, grill out with friends, or simply unwind surrounded by wooded privacy.

Entertainment is endless with two living areas, a loft with games and books, plus a home theater with a projector screen and Xbox. Five spacious bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathrooms, comfortably host up to 16 guests - including a main-level master suite with deck access.

We did not ski. It was a birthday getaway for girl friends. Several enjoyed the walking trails, and we enjoyed a visit to Blowing Rock for shopping and dinner.
