We had a large comfortable room, the extra bed was a full size twin which was great for my 15 year old granddaughter. The food was wonderful and the bartender was a genius mixologist who entertained us with his masterful concoctions along with a great sense of humor! Easy walk to Main Street, we will return!

Our stay at the Embers was top notch. Thomas was absolutely amazing and so very helpful during the snow storm. The dinner was excellent as well. We had goat cheese fritters, Caesar salads and fillet all great. We come to Blowing Rock, NC often and this is our new spot moving forward. Shout out to Ben as well for taking care of us when we arrived.

All front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly. The room and the entire facility are clean. But the bathroom is ordinary with a smaller shower (around 2x4). Some kind of equipment constantly running making unpleasant noise throughout the night. We waited more than half an hour for an ordinary breakfast while there were only eight customers in the entire dining room.

Our stay was wonderful. It was our first time visiting The Embers and we would certainly stay again. We were welcomed at check in by very pleasant staff. There were homemade cookies, tea, and coffee available in a very nice set up in the lobby. A large table to gather by the fire place. Beautiful bar, restaurant, and outdoor seating. The steps going down to the town area were lighted and heated. Very large and comfortable room with robes and slippers laid out for us to use. Our balcony with Adirondack glider chairs was very nice. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Big, fluffy, towels. Overall wonderful place to visit. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Blowing Rock area. A classy, comfortable Botique, with ambiance.

Great Stay!

The high ratings on most travel sites for the Embers are well deserved. We found the hotel to be very clean. Ben and Thomas at the front desk were both very courteous and helpful. The only negative was jackhammering in the middle of one night by the NC DOT. But that’s not the hotels fault of course. The restaurant on site is excellent as well as the service. Will be returning!

Hotel is beautiful, conveniently located, newer, wonderful service, and above expectations. enjoyed the restaurant and the ambience. Perfect choice for this area. That was a little soft and uncomfortable for me as I don’t care for memory foam, but some may. Everything else fabulous.
