The Post House

Cute cottage about a block from downtown Blowing Rock. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. It was snowing when we went and the gas logs made the den so cozy!

Blowing Rock Stay

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our Blowing Rock getaway. the location was Perfect - we walked to dinner every night and all around town during the day. Also was close to Blue Ridge Parkway when we decided to venture out further. Bed was comfy, loved that there was an ice maker and the place was so clean.

Great, quiet location

My wife and I had a great stay at The Post House, easy access to Main Street where most all the shops and restaurants are located, just one block away. There were a couple of small things that would have made our stay even better. Better lighting in the kitchen and room darkening shades for the bedroom windows, but very minor issues our stay was great and we have already booked for the fall next year.

Post House is a Must-Stay!

This is a perfect little getaway right in the heart of Blowing Rock. The home is clean and cozy with a wonderful fireplace by which to read or watch a movie. There is a great seating area for playing games or sharing a meal. We loved being within walking distance of all the shops. We will definitely plan to stay at the Post House again!

Cozy Cottage

The Post House is in a fabulous location in Blowing Rock. The home has a cozy, homey feel. The kitchen had all the basics but if you really want to cook, listen to the host's advice and bring your favorite appliances/tools. Host pre-stay communication was very good.

The Post House

The Post House is just awesome and we intend to rent again when returning to Blowing Rock. The location is ideal….convenient to shopping, restaurants, main roads, etc. very neat and clean…up to date! Did not disappoint!
