「Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier. Die Design-Juniorsuite "Silberfichte" gefällt uns sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist top und lässt keine Wüsche offen. Das Personal im ganzen Haus ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, insbesondere im Restaurant. Auch das Wochenprogramm das angeboten wird, finden wir super. 「This hotel is not a four star hotel. It is aged but most importantly lacks any show of being well managed. Everything has to be asked for (no third bed in room on arrival despite booking triple occupancy then no towels). The staff did not even put a refuse bin the room or a liner in the lavatory bin. Daily confusion over a table for breakfast was frustrating. Beware the layout as some builinga a considerable way from each other. Brand is a fabulous village, the Walliserhoff is not a fabulous...

「We had a great 3-night stay! The location was excellent, right next to the ski bus and the ski lift. The parking garage was very convenient, the apartment was spacious and clean, and the spa area was nice. Staff very friendly. The only small downside (I’ve given the same feedback to other alpine chalets in Austria as well, for some reason, this is usually the case and differs from chalets in the Italian and French Alps) is that it would be nice if the apartment equipment included basic cooking...

「The good - very unique and quaint location, and convenient (right off main road, ski rental and local minimart across the road and 5 min walk to the gondola). Historic building with lots of interesting local ski history. Rooms are renovated with a nice chic style and were clean. Sauna was a highlight. The not so good - for the price expect much much better service. Check-in was unhelpful and uninspiring at best. Zero property information provided upon check-in, and questions were answered...
