「This apartment was so beautiful and located next to a charming Main Street with plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and cute shops. It was perfect for the 3 of us at the end of our trip. It’s pretty close to Acadia National Park without all the regular drama of the crowd in Bar Harbor.」

「We stayed 2 nights while visiting Acadia. We wanted to be away from the craziness of Bar Harbor… this location satisfied this need. Check in and communication were great. We stayed in room 7. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only minor issues that I would want others to consider is… 1) proximity to the highway is very close, which is apparent when I look back at the website pics. It wasn’t an issue for me, as I wear earplugs anyway, but I did hear a siren once, as it is that close....

「Hosts easy to deal with. Place was neat and as promised. Nice place as a base to visit this part of Maine. Did Acadia NP, Whale watch, toured a couple Lighthouse spots, Did Bangor Steven King tour, and Upstate Moosehead Lake with a short walk on the AT. All easy drives from the rental. 」

「Nice location on the quietside of the Island. Anny had great recommendations for hikes and restaurants Tharp were close by so we enjoyed activities rather than spending a lot of time in the car 」

「Place was beautiful and did not disappoint from the pictures. Tub was amazing and hot! Plenty of clean linen. Room has everything needed for a short or extended stay! Right down to a wine bottle opener. :)」

「Very clean. Limited supplies. No dish soap. One hand towel and one dish cloth. One roll of tp and two towels. Check in very easy. Nice clean with good location.」

「This is such a unique property. The attitude and helpfulness of all the staff and the owners makes you feel like you have known them forever. The main house is open 24 hours for access to a full kitchen, living room, sitting room, office setup, laundry room and hot tub. There are snacks for guests (and their pups) out all the time, and a great fire pit with wood and fire starters which we used both nights of our stay. Property is an older site but insides are immaculate and cozily decorated.」

「Jonathan was a great host and so easy to communicate! The place was veey cleaned. It is a little far from Acadia but you can find some good restaurants in the town. 」
