"The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. Top Blue Mountains Hotel Reviews

Sky Rider Motor Inn

8/10 Good

"Pool not ready to use, no iron in the room as stated, very noisy people in the next room Clean room, nice staff,"

Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains

10/10 Excellent

"The room was stunning and super clean and tidy. It had every amenity we needed (except a freezer section in the fridge). Champagne on arrival to celebrate our anniversary made it super special! The shower is hot with great water pressure. The bed was so comfortable and luxurious. I’m just disappointed the outdoor pool was closed and I wasn’t aware. It’s closed 2/3 of the year and you can’t sit by the pool either which is a shame."

Hotel Blue & Cottages, Katoomba

10/10 Excellent

"Annie's Cottage as part of hotel blue was amazing. Beautiful older style house which was clean and spacious. All the amenities worked well and had enough space to relax away from the kids. The lady at the front counter was lovely, very helpful and very friendly. Will stay again 🙂"
