「The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.」

「We loved our stay at Kathy‘s Manhattan, property. The home is spacious and very accommodating for four adults. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely love to stay there on our next trip to Manhattan,. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys in the backyard.」

「Very quiet and enjoyable! A great landing spot for our stay in Manhattan. It is about 25 minutes to the Dillons on Seth Child’s, so plan accordingly. Kitchen is adequately stocked for home cooking (pots, pans, etc). Plenty of space for my husband and I. Would definitely be enough space for 6. The stairs going down to the basement are tricky, definitely not for older adults or anyone with flexibility issues. There is an entrance from the bottom that can be used. We would stay here again!」

「We had a change in our plans and needed to check in a day early. We were able to contact the property manager, and he was able to make it work for us to check in a day early! We were so grateful that he was able to make this happen for us. We were staying here for our son's wedding, which was at the venue not far away. He made our stay very accommodating, and the house and location worked out great for us. 」

「Nestled in trees, quiet, peaceful area. Loved the hammocks under the trees! The lake can be seen through the trees, but no close access to the water. Kitchen had everything needed. Plenty of clean towels & paper goods. Bedding was clean and comfy. Enjoyed all the windows and the view. It was enjoyable to on the deck. Great weekend stay with girlfriends! 」

「We came in from the Chicago area to spend the 4th with our son who is stationed at Fort Riley. It was a wonderful time and the house made it perfect. The house had everything we needed to host our son and some of his friends for a barbecue. So many details that could be missed were all there! When we come back to the area to visit our son, we hope to stay there again! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!」

「We had a party of 10 who come to Manhattan each year for a K-State football game. The schoolhouse was perfect for the size of our group. The kitchen and living areas are sizable and open and very comfortable for several people. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee makers, dishware, pots & pans, glassware, etc. We cooked breakfast there each morning and the space allowed the cooks to easily make preparations. All rooms were very clean; beds were comfortable. Jan was easy to work with and...

「This apartment is amazing! It is immaculately clean & well maintained, with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals. The beds are comfortable. It is obvious the owners take pride in the facility. It is beautifully decorated & has a warm, welcoming feel to it. We appreciated being able to park right in front of the building. The deck on the back overlooks a lovely wooded creek & park. Very peaceful & serene setting. We loved everything about our stay & will definitely stay here again. 」
