For 2 nights, was ok. Microwave was nasty, in & outside. Fan in bathroom was extremely dirty & dusty. A few hairs in the tub & wall of shower. Air conditioner & TV worked just fine, bed, sink, countertop, floor all clean. 2 baggies with tea in them, but 1 was open. I may have misread, but no hair blower/ dryer. Staff was friendly!

FOR AN OLDER MOTEL, IT WAS CLEAN AND BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE. WE WERE JUST PASSING THROUGH SO ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT. AIR CONDITIONER WORKED REALLY WELL. BATHTUB NEEDED SOME UPDATING BUT IT WAS CLEAN.

The room was very clean. The service was good. The only problem we had when we got there and checked in the air conditioner did not cool. Took about 6 hours to get completely cool. But I would stay there again. =

The room was disgusting. The cigarette smoke smell was so bad Outlets plates were broken, shower still had soap on walls and stuff in tub. Shower faucet was broken could not adjust the water temp at all. Door was all dented in like some on kicked it in at some point mattress showed signs of bedbugs at some point and cover. Shower tub rails were missing. Shower curtain was dirty and moldy/ mildew looking nothing really looked clean or wiped down Floor was dirty.

The commode would not flush. Usually 3 to 4 flushes. There were German cockroaches in the bathroom area(on the shower curtain and in the tub). I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Only little Debbie cakes to eat. The check in person was very unfriendly. I hate to go ask for the WiFi password. The only plus there was we were on the first floor. There was no one available to hand the key cards to when we left (checkout).

Budget friendly should not mean nasty. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels. This place was one of the worst. The room smelled like a dog and a smoker were living in there. It was such an overwhelming smell. The bathroom had not been mopped or cleaned at all. The shower curtain was badly stained. Everything in the bathroom had an oily residue on it. The door had a note that said “deadbolt does not lock”. The air worked fine. There was a dead roach in the bed closest to the door and I could hear rats in the wall. The staff was okay, but when you spend most of your time in the room, the room should be the star of the review. This place will go down in infamy. I feel bad for anyone who stayed here and came to Blue Ridge. It definitely soured the trip. It is poorly maintained.

The chairs were all stained, dead bolt didn’t work and written on the door in marker it so indicated that. The tub/shower was missing the overflow/stopper lever and just had a hole there. The sheets were stained yellow, the pillows were gross/flat and just nasty. I literally had no choice other than stay bc it was late and pouring rain and had paid Non-refundable….so I stayed and it was gross.

Everyone at Hotel was friendly. Hotel was clean but rooms were outdated! If your looking for a place to spend the night its very reasonable! I didn't think it would be somewhere I'd want to sprnd more than 1 or 2 nights. It on the highway and traffic can be heard on front side of hotel all night!

The bed is dirty, everything is old, there are stains everywhere on the sheets and blanket, the air conditioner doesn't heat at all, it turns on at minimum and immediately turns off, it's very cold in the room and today it's also freezing rain outside, the plumbing is old and broken, it leaks from everywhere. If you don't have a choice where to stay, then still don't choose this hotel.
