We were thoroughly impressed with this home rental. All of our guests commented on how beautifully equipped the property was—it truly had everything anyone could possibly need, right down to thoughtful touches like popcorn buckets, a variety of seasonings, and even an ice machine.We did encounter a small issue with the upstairs thermostat, but it was addressed and resolved quickly and efficiently. The responsiveness was outstanding, and the entire process left us feeling well taken care of.From Customer Service to the Field Technician to the Kings HVAC representative, every person we interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. Their professionalism and kindness made the experience seamless.Overall, we cannot say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way, and we would gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-appointed rental home.
