The thing that stood out, the most was how warm and inviting this home was which made it that much more enjoyable. The second and truly so important was how well stock the kitchen was, which made it a joy to use. From large pots to knives, we never lacked for anything. We stayed in a different home last year that did not even have a working toaster.!

This cabin was amazing. The driveway was easy to navigate and there are multiple entry points into the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with any cooking utensil or item needed. The living room furniture was big and cozy. The beds rooms were perfect for our big family and we all enjoyed the game room with multiple ways to stay entertained . The hot tub is a must when visiting the mountains even in July . We had a great time together in this lovely cabin. My only recommendation is the lighting, its dark inside. Could benefit from a few more lamps and a light over the kitchen table.

Six adults stayed for a week. It was nice and quiet and comfy. Although the ice maker was not working ,we were given plenty of notice to make different arrangements. There were plenty of fans to keep the air circulating and cool. We ate out almost every night so I can't relate much to the kitchen except the microwave worked and we cooked one batch of brownies. Lighting in general could be improved, especially over the dining room table. There were a lot of games and puzzles all over the place. We would come back again. Entry to driveway is a little scary, but you get used to it. Enjoy!

Great place for great fun

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the different spaces we could all be together and other spaces for some private time. The photos present an accurate picture of everything available. We were here during apple festival season and everything was close by. Just be prepared for typical weekend festival traffic; during the week it was very easy to get around. 4 of us like to cook so the kitchen was a little small if more than 2 wanted prep at the same time; but everything is there for cooking and baking. Will of course need to bring your own ingredients :-). Downtown Ellijay is about a 10-15 minute drive and is a wonderful little town, don’t miss it. Also, Blue Ridge is about a 20-25 minute drive and is also worth the trip. Amicalola Falls state park is not to be missed; have easy and difficult trails to get to view the falls. It’s beautiful. There’s a zip line course there as well! The house is well located to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Enjoy!

Great Family Cabin

The cabin was beautiful and very well stocked. The teenagers really enjoyed having the whole bottom level to themselves. There was plenty of space for the whole family and it helped make our Christmas that much more magical. I would definitely rent again.

Gorgeous comfortable home

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. This house was perfect for our family. The decor was beautiful and the views were to die for. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t use the fire pit but would have been perfect if we would have had time.

Very well renovated property. Beautifully finished. Floors were dirty (not vacuumed well) down stairs. Cheetos etc on floor. Master patio furniture was dirty and area not cleaned Weather didn’t cooperate as well as we planned but we enjoyed ourselves. Property manager not very responsive. Always goes to voicemail. Had to call twice about a tee limb blocking the driveway. Called this morning to alert them of dryer issue , no response

Very nice but needs a few upgrades

Beautiful place and it was very spacious so we didn’t feel like we were on top of one another. There were six of us staying at the cabin. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we would ever need for cooking large meals. For some reason, there were several flies in the cabin and I felt like I was killing flies the entire time. It’s the dead of winter so I’m not sure where they were coming from. We felt like they were coming from the garbage disposal. The WiFi is dreadful and I’m not sure if it should even be listed as an amenity. We tried to watch Netflix on the smart TV and we stopped trying after 1 hour of loading time. I think it’s understatement to say that it was extremely slow and a disappointment especially with teenagers in the cabin. It took one of my teenagers over two hours to download a movie on his phone and this was even after I reset it. The ping pong table needs upgrading. The legs are bent up and the table is warped pretty badly where it doesn’t lie flat and has a large space where the two sides meet and the balls fall through it. There was also an issue with one of GCFI outlets in the kitchen because it kept shutting off when we used the electric can opener and I had to reset it. There was nothing else plugged into that outlet so it probably needs to be investigated by an electrician. As I said before, the property was beautiful and the cabin was very nice and well stocked. I would’ve given it a five star rating if the WiFi were better so we could’ve watched some Netflix movies at night. I must say that I didn’t feel these were important enough issues to call our rental company to correct them at that time but I feel they are important for them to know so they can hopefully be addressed before another family stays in the cabin.
