Quiet and Peaceful

We enjoyed a short vacation to Northern Georgia and found the perfect cabin for our family. We were looking for a quiet and peaceful place to recharge. It was close enough to Blue Ridge to find anything we needed. Plus, it is in easy driving distance to many hiking trails and waterfalls. We had an awesome time.

Cabin in the woods.

We wanted the woods and seclusion and that's what we received. With the house not in use, it smelled musty. Found it reasonable priced. Enjoyed our stay and will recommend it.

Great location if you like seclusion and peace.

Great girls weekend. Loved painting the rocks. You should have a sign that tells you where the paints are. Loved the water in the back and the peace and quiet.

Quiet House in the Woods

This house was perfect for our needs. It's an older house but very clean and all of the appliances and utilities worked well. There is a creek that runs through the back yard that is amazing with a little gazebo area near some rapids, very nice with the morning sun and a cup of hot coffee on a cool day. The host was really responsive and we had a great time there, highly recommend.

Spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations. The cabin was homey and although we did not cook but it has everything i can think of. Truly a relaxing space and serene for those who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The sound of the creek is music to me!! I spoke with Donna and she was amazing, very accommodating!

Great Cabin

Only issue we had was the water. The shower and sink smells like metal and the toilet bowls all had rust water in them. Outside of that the cabin was great, excellent place to unplug and unwind

Summer vacation

The property was great! My boys loved playing in the creek almost everyday we were there. Kitchen had everything we needed so all we had to do was buy our groceries for the week. It’s a very open cabin, and there is plenty of room in the bedrooms for everyone. The twin beds upstairs were very hard, so I would only recommend them for little ones. The fire pit is quite rusted, but we were still able to have a fire and roast hotdogs and marshmallows. The water pressure was great, all essentials were there for us. We went tubing and on a few small bikes, and the cabin was close enough to all of it. The staff are very nice and quick to answer any questions! We would definitely book with them again!

As others have mentioned, furnishings a bit dated but comfortable. Indoors, all good. On one hand, you don't advertise it having a grill(s) or firepit. However, it had both and both are in poor shape. Adirondack chairs dirty & two slightly broken. After cleaning, I'd recommend leaning them up against the picnic table so birds don't poop on them (as they did frequently even after I cleaned them). One of two streamside benches broken. Chairs under gazebo filthy. Recommend same thing about leaning them after washing. Donna very friendly.
