If guests or visitors are bringing a medically required assistive dog, notice must be given prior to the stay along with paperwork indicating the animal is fully up to date on all veterinary care, including rabies, distemper, and Bordetella vaccines.

This property is remote, & there are no public transportation options in the area. It is recommended to come w/ your own personal vehicle.

• The indoor fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1 as w/ every vacation rental in the area due to Fannin County law
• Please note that cell phone service can be limited in this area, but we do have fiber optic high speed Wi-Fi.
• Blue Ridge Haven is equipped w/ a Ring camera at the separate garage and main entrance of the house. Cameras do not face the interior of the house and is intended to monitor the outside of the home for the safety of our guests.
• Blue Ridge Haven is in a secluded area on a beautiful winding road away from the busy city center. Drive carefully & watch for local wildlife! There are a lot of deer in the area.
