Excellent Stay

We had a great time at Sunny Bear Escape. The location was quiet, we enjoyed the nature trails and the hot tub was relaxing. The cabin was clean and everything we needed was there.

Mountain Oasis

Mother's Day for three generations!

Our stay couldn't have been better! The home was immaculate and the hot tub already HOT when we arrived. We had my 87yr old mom, 2 sisters in their 50's and one 26 year old grand daughter meet up for the weekend. The property is so beautiful and everything we needed to cook and relax was there. One small detail to be aware of is that the property is on a steep road and wooded community. Just something to be aware of if arriving after dark. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Cozy Mountain Retreat

We were evacuating our Florida home due to Hurricane Milton and needed a place to stay. We searched cabins in North Georgia as a retreat and found this listing. The cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. The cabin has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The indoor amenities were modern and worked well including the gas fireplace that added a nice touch. Outside there is a hot tub on the deck and a lot of private space on the lot. The property features outdoor firepit and a little rock garden with a bridge. We were extremely happy with our stay and we even saw a mother bear with three cubs on our last night. This is a nice retreat from daily life and we recommend staying here, particularly for multi-day getaways in the mountains.

Best cabin in the area.

I normally do not leave reviews but here goes. What an amazing stay this was. Myself and a couple of friends stayed here for 7 days in July. Our goal was to have a base to come back to as we where out riding motorcycles in north GA, Tennessee and North Carolina. We ended up doing fewer rides just to enjoy everything this cabin has to offer. The Check in prosses was fairly easy as all information was sent the day of check -in. The Cabin was clean with 3 beautiful rooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room with door heading to porch, living room with fire place and sound system and well equipped kitchen. The outside is where we spent a lot of time. The fire place has a beautiful path to it with a pond, fountain and small bridge. We must have burned half of Blue ridge fire wood supply as it is a beautiful setting. The BBQ are is on the other side of the property and has a big grill enough for a big family. The porch as a hot tub and seating area for a lazy afternoon sundowner. I would rate this stay 10 stars out of 5 and will definitely book again.

Great Cabin, Recommended

This Cabin was ABOVE our expectations. We checked in Fri-Sun & the weather was just right for July. It’s located in a hidden neighborhood but distance enough not to see or hear the neighbors which was our initial concern without curtains to some windows but the 1st night, we couldn’t see them nor could they see us 😉 . It’s 3 bedrooms, comfortable King, Queen, Double beds & a big let out sleeper sofa 🛋️ in the living room & can sleep 8 peoples. The amenities are far above ANY VACATION HOME I’VE VISITED. We packed our cooking utensils, food, condiments, & was going to Walmart to buy some. Once we entered the house & looked around, they had all the condiments that we needed, sugar, salt/pepper, syrup, spoons/forks, plates/cups, NEW MULE CUPS, POTS/PANS 😜 , washing pods, dish detergent, trash bags, soap, WI-FI, etc. The outside park setting area was Awesome, Beautiful & Peacefully with nightlights surrounding it & the house. We will most definitely visit again. If you’re looking for a Spectacular House for a few days, this is it. The staff is wonderful & communicated through out the entire trip, texting & emailing me from start to finish, unlike other homes I’ve visited in different states. Thanks for a Beautiful weekend. 😉

This home is so beautiful, clean, and cozy. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away with my family. The hot tub was clean and was a nice added bonus for us. We will definitely be recommending this place to others that are planning on coming to blue ridge.
