Nestled in the North GA Mountains, with over six acres of privacy...this 2br/2ba cabin is sure to give you the relaxation you seek.  Living On Mountain Tyme is the ultimate pet-friendly cabin with a fenced yard perfect for your four-legged loved ones. The well-equipped kitchen offers a great place to whip up some meals and the comfortable living room with its ceiling to floor wood interior and wood-burning rock fireplace adds an inviting warmth of its own. The king's bedroom on the upper level boasts a large log bed as well as a full bath with a jetted tub. On the terrace level boasts the unique Great Room that offers a wet bar, pool table, 40-inch flat-screen and gas fireplace, the perfect place to hang out and watch your favorite movie/sports. At the end of the day, relax and unwind in the spacious hot tub or sit by the fire pit and gaze at the starry sky above. Living On Mountain Tyme is truly one of those places that you and your furry friends will look forward to coming back to time and time again!



DOGS ONLY Guests are responsible for any damages that result from pets. No pets on furniture or in hot tub. Any delays in housekeeping because of pet hair on furniture, Guests agree to pay an additional housekeeping fee of a minimum of $25 with a maximum of $250.00 . Any pet hair found in hot tub or filter will result in a minimum charge of $100. This fee is non refundable.

Living on Mountain Tyme is a beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin that sleeps up to four (4) guests and offers the following:





King master bedroom on the UPPER level with 32" flat-screen TV with Direct TV and Sports Package and a private bathroom with jetted tub

Queen bedroom on the MAIN level with 32" flat-screen TV with Direct TV and Sports Package

Great room on the MAIN level with 40" flat-screen TV with Direct TV and Sports Package, BluRay DVD Player and stone stacked wood burning fireplace (wood fireplace only active Oct. 1st - Apr. 1st, during this time a starter bundle of firewood is provided)

Kitchen with updated appliances, dishwasher, drip-style coffee maker, crockpot and dining area with seating for 4

Office on the MAIN level with desk workspace

Game room on the LOWER level with pool table, bar with seating for 2, 40" flat-screen TV with Direct TV and Sports Package and gas fireplace (gas fireplace only active Oct 1st- Apr 1st )

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:











Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more that this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.







Required Fees include $125 Cleaning fee, $65 Damage Protection Waiver, processing fee, guest service fee, and a 15% lodging tax
