Fly Fishing trip

Everything was clean and attractive. It had everything we needed except tissues and condiments, but those were not promised. We had a great time lounging around there and fishing for the guys. Places to eat were close by.

Amazing Views

The trip up the mountain top for flatlanders was a bit different but was truly fun. Seeing deer running along the road and in the mountains. So much to do and we needed a longer vacation! Stunning views, beautiful cabin, great weather for us. Definitely would come back. Thank you!

Perfect! This cabin is beautiful inside and out! Amazing views and while it is not secluded it has tons of privacy. Mountain view is spectacular. The home has everything you will need and everything has its place which makes for an easy clean up upon departure. While it is at the top of a mountain it is a nice paved road.

Perfect family getaway.

We loved our stay at Mountainside retreat. The views were amazing and the house was comfortable and well stocked for cooking in at night to enjoy the scenery. We had a few issues at check in with the property getting cleaned just as we were to check in and the hot tub needing to be emptied and cleaned again but the property managers were quick to resolve any issues we had.

Girls Trip

We had 5 women at Mountainside Retreat. It was a fantastic time! The house was perfect. It had everything we needed to make delicious meals, fires in the all the fireplaces, fun games with the pool table and hot tub time. The views were amazing. We hope to make this an annual trip. Thank you!

Romantic couples retreat!

The view alone was worth everything! The hot tub was perfect to warm your chilled bones. Playing pool to some relaxing music by the fire downstairs was what vacationing is all about! Be sure you have a vehicle that can go up steep inclines. The travel up the mountain is an adventure. Also check out Chester's. Great restaurant with a chill vibe about it. I highly recommend this cabin! It's a slice of heaven.

Cant beat this view

This was our first vacation since the pandemic. We decided to finally venture out and explore nature. After many hours looking for a place to stay, Mountain Retreat is the one we ended up picking. This cabin was beautiful, inside and out. Did not disappoint. It was nice to start our morning with a cup of coffee on the front porch with the amazing view in front of us and ended our nights in the hot tub. Be ready for some hills as you make your way up to the cabin. We had a van and it seemed to struggle a bit going up, but after a few times going up and down from the cabin it seemed to get easier or it could be that we used got used to driving up the steeper hills.
