As you drive up the long gravel driveway, you can feel any stress leaving your body. Surrounded by trees and nature, you know immediately that this property is special! Walking into the pristinely clean cabin you are greeted by a beautiful wood island and nice kitchen. Rounding the corner you see a floor to cathedral ceiling wall of windows. Breathtaking! The Master on main boasts a super comfy king bed, and the ensuite bathroom has a gorgeous jetted soaking tub, large tiled rain shower and dual vanities. I was in heaven!
The large composite deck is beautiful! Hot tub is cleaned after each guest, and you can tell! It was set to the prefect temperature for a daily soak. The view is gorgeous!
It rained almost everyday, but did stop for a few hours so we could enjoy the walk along the perfectly marked trails to the lake and creek. I am not a fisher, but I did enjoy feeding the large fish (trout I believe) a few times! They jumped out of the water like dolphins! It was so cool! Spending time by the creek was a highlight. There was a little flat offshoot off the trail where I could set up a chair and enjoy the sounds of the creek for hours. The property is truly breathtaking! Some trails provide a moderate hike, and some are a little easier. The "yellow" trail marks the property line all around and is a mostly easy to moderate hike. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping the trails updated.
While it was just me and my dog this trip, the cabin can comfortably sleep up to 16 guests! 5 bedrooms, one being a bunk room will provide a party of larger families the perfect amount of room. I can not recommended this cabin and property highly enough! I would give 100 stars if I could!
I hope you are able to enjoy this cabin as much as I did! I would not hesitate to book again!
