Sleeping Spaces:
• Main Bedroom - King Bed, main level, ensuite bath, Smart Roku TV, Closet, clothing storage

• Bedroom #2 - King Bed, 2nd level, shared full bath, closet, Smart Roku TV, clothing storage

• Bedroom #3 - Two Twin Bunk beds (sleeps 4), shared full bath, closet, Smart Roku TV, dresser, toys

• Bedroom #4 - Single Twin Bed, shared full bath, bedside shelf.


Outdoor Area:
• Outdoor Covered fireplace w/seating for 3
• Hot Tub (seats 6 comfortably)
• Propane Grill (permanent hookup)
• Fire Pit (seating for 4)

Parking:
• Paved parking for 2-4 small/mid-size vehicles
• Gravel parking for 1-2 small/mid-sized vehicles (may need 4x4 if parking here, until we get it paved)

Guest will access the property with a keypad located on the main entry door.

We are a locally owned, small business and are available 24/7 for emergencies in person and will be available virtually for any questions, concerns or advice you may need or have.

SkyFall Summit is located just minutes from downtown Blue Ridge where you will find all the shopping, dining and small town vibes you can handle.

It is best to have a vehicle for getting around.

• No fireworks are to be used on the property grounds
• Please try and keep dogs off furniture
• No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cabin on the decks, porches or near doorways.
