This cabin is amazing!! Both in its gorgeous designer (and comfortable) furnishings to the beautiful architecture. We felt so at home and are very grateful we could experience it for our annual family vacation for Fall festivities in the area. We will definitely be back!! The Kollross Family, Steve, Lana, Tom, Holly, Max, and Daphne.
The property is beautiful, extremely well-equipped and has a great location and view. The covered outdoor deck with wood burning fireplace, ample seating, big screen TV, and large grill was our favorite gathering place. We appreciated the supply of high quality firewood, as well. This is our second stay here and loved it.
This was the perfect girl trip with my tribe! From the start to finish it could not have been more amazing. The cabin was beautiful with beautiful views and amenities. The hot tub was one of the best times we had on our last evenings. We will definitely come back to this place.
This was our second time at this property and it was great. The only things I would say and this is just for feedback purposes. There was no soap or towel in the powder room. The kitchen is very well stocked, but there aren't things like salt & pepper or olive oil, coffee filters, so I would just say bring your own with you. As far as pots, pans etc, in kitchen it's very well stocked. The views are great, the house is very nice and clean and it's a great location for what we were looking to do in Blue Ridge. Actually staying here again in a few weeks, so we obviously really like the house and have had great experiences.
We really enjoyed staying at this house. The kitchen was very well stocked. The space was really nice. Everything was clean. We were missing a duvet cover in two of the bedrooms, however, one room wasn't being used. The views are pretty and for the location we wanted to be in, it was perfect. Can't wait to rent it again.
The property was as listed and the house is very nice. Although there were just two of us, we can see where a larger group would really enjoy this home as well. Overall, the stay was nice and there are really only two issues for which we are a little negative about. The first being that the road to get to the house is very rough and in places washed out. During our stay there was a dead tree that had fallen and was sticking into the roadway making everyone have to go around it which for our vehicle was not the best of choices as it is not four-wheel drive and it has very nice wheels and tires. And the driveway is difficult to back out from if you pull in straight ahead. Not a lot of room for a large group with multiple vehicles for sure. In regards to the house, it was a cleanliness issue. Three basic issues were noticed immediately. There are two stationary lights sitting behind the couch and they were on when we got there. They each had quite a few dead bugs in them. The windows were horrible and I have pictures to back that up. One window in the dining room actually has where someone has drawn in the dirtiness and I paraphrase...Bob plus Mary with a big heart. The bay window looking toward the mountains in the living room, in the morning when the sun shines looked like someone had took a dirty wet rag and wiped in a circular motion, leaving it looking terrible. There was a nasty scum ring around the waterline of the hottub.
