Description
Main Level - Walking into Viewtopia (just 4 stairs into the home from parking), you will find yourself in a large great room with a wall of windows, leather furniture, HDTV, and Chromecast for streaming. This room is set up to relax and entertain, featuring an open design, dining area, gas log fireplace (available to use from October through April), and big mountain views. Just off the great room, you will find a large porch with comfy rocking chairs and a picnic table for dining outside. The kitchen also shares this large space and is equipped with beautiful granite countertops and stainless appliances. From here, there is easy access to the covered back porch and decks that afford you mind-blowing mountain views, both close range and layered long range. The daily sunrise will become appointment viewing during your stay!
The entry/main level has a king-size bedroom and a full bath with shower/tub combo and double vanities. A brand-new washer/dryer set is also located on the main level.

Upstairs
A dramatic staircase leads up to a master bedroom suite with big views in two directions - through the wall of windows in the great room below and via the private covered porch just off the bedroom. This might be the best place in Georgia to witness the sunrise or moonrise with your favorite beverage. Pictures truly don’t do the view justice! The suite also includes a private bath with a tub and separate shower plus double vanities.

Terrace Level
Stairs leading off the main level bring you down to the terrace level. Here you’ll find two more bedrooms (full and queen). This level also boasts a third full bath with a tile shower and a comfortable second living area with a smart flat-screen 4K TV.
