Could of been cleaned better before we got there but it was little things like hair and dirt in the tub and bird poop on the porch. The heater took a minute to actually get warm but other than that it was an excellent stay!! Just what we were looking for

Rob’s place was great! When we arrived late at night, we realized that a bear had gotten into the secure trash box and there was trash strewn all over the ground! We let him know and the next morning he sent someone to clean it all up. He was easy to communicate with and very quick to address our needs. Would definitely recommend this place!

This cabin was perfect for me. The location, size, and comfort. So many Blue Ridge cabins are large enough to host a group. This one is small and cozy. It was just my dog and me. And it was perfect. I immediately felt comfortable and safe once I got there. The cabin community is close, but very private. It was an easy drive with ample parking. Everything was there that I needed. And it was very comfortable. I had a couple of issues that are easily fixable. 1) Upon arrival, I had the code to the door but no instructions on how to use it. It was simple after I figured out to hit the 'check' first, then the door code. It worked. 2) The first morning, there was trash from the bin in the yard. A bear must have broken into the trash container and gotten into the trash from a previous guest. It wasn't too bad. So I picked it up and re-secured the trash container. 3) With every rental, the TV and electronics are a learning curve. The light switches were nicely labeled. I appreciated that. The TV seemed new. And had no instructions. Luckily, it was a smart TV, and I was able to use my credentials, etc.I love the area. And I'm glad I found this place. I will definitely be back! Thank you!
