“I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!”

“Super cute and a very convenient place to stay. Hosts were great to work with and we had no issues in general with the property. 4 star is subjective. The unit has a unique smell, neither good nor bad, but while we were inside we both kept sneezing a lot. Not sure if maybe there was a cat there prior or something else. ”

Debi had fresh OJ, lemon water, eggs, milk and coffee in the fridge and snacks for the dogs! Just a beautiful, peaceful place. Studio apartment (lower portion of her house) with porch, has wifi, I had no phone service but i didnt need it nor want it! Its perfect for wanting to be in nature. She……
