「The pool was closed and didn’t use exercise room, so idk about that. Our room was not clean, hair on floor in bathroom, smoke detector hanging from ceiling, a person was LIVING in room beside us and would throw his trash bags out on lawn and had visitors throughout the night (loud). Toilet ran throughout the night, breakfast, if you like Sunny D and frozen breakfast sandwiches.
The staff was understanding and apologetic. We booked through 3rd part so they really couldn’t do anything.

「Clean room , nice staff. Have stayed here quite often while visiting pigeon forge. Not quite the same quality as when the original owners had it but still good for the price. 」
