“This was a hidden gem. It so exceeded our expectations. The reception staff was very friendly and personable. Our key card holder had a handwritten greeting with our name written on it. The lobby and room was like a woodsy lodge in decor. Our room was quiet with comfortable beds. There was a snack basket and a welcome note on the kitchenette counter. We also received a good bye note under the door in the morning. The grounds were pretty and a fire pit burning at night. It may seem old school but……

“The only thing I can say about the hotel is that it would be better if they did not charge for the breakfast. The breakfast was great, but with so many other hotels offering breakfast it just seemed a bit much to have to pay for the meal. The wait staff in the dining area was great, but with it being a buffet, I felt like there were too many staff members there. Other than this, the hotel is wonderful!!!!!”

“Staff was great and Resort was nice…my daughter loved the lazy river! My dad loved the coffee and cookies! The balcony was really nice. Parking in garage was kinda tight, but outdoor parking is available. There was a charge to use the games in the game room, so kids didn’t experience that. Location was perfect! Right off Parkway and close to The Island and Dollywood. Easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg. I would stay there again.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. The room and grounds were very clean and welcoming. Every staff member we encountered was friendly professional and made us feel welcome. The woman at the front desk ( sorry, I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond for us. My only complaint would be the noise in the hallway outside our door at all times of the day, & night. Also we were in an ADA ACCESSIBLE room and the tub was very difficult for him to step up and over the edge of the tub to……
