We had a fun stay along the McKenzie River. The cabin was well stocked with basic needs and games, but mostly we lounged near the river where there was plenty of space and privacy for fishing or relaxing. We will definitely plan to stay again. This cabin was a great weekend escape with lots of nearby hiking and fishing.

McKenzie River Retreat

I wanted to celebrate my 50th in my favorite spot in Oregon. The Whiskey Rock Cabin did not disappoint. The cabin was beautiful, clean & cozy. We enjoyed cocktails on the deck while watching the river roll by and cards in the evening next to the fire. My only complaint is we had to leave it behind to return to reality. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
