"No cable.. return to property at 10:45 pm the gate was closed. I had to open the gate to enter the property. Pathway to my room was dark. I found this to be unsafe. Overall staff members were pleasant.. property needs to be renovated. Poorly kept."

"Rooms need updating just a little. We had to call housekeeping to clean the room again for us. Because it’s wasn’t clean when we walked in. Ocean was partial not full. Room services takes really long. If you need anything like housekeeping amenities they take really long to bring you anything."

"Such a nice stay at windfall Villas, Mel was great and always able to get us to anywhere at almost anytime we needed. It was beautiful and peaceful at the property. Would highly recommend to anyone checking out Montego Bay. Think twice begore trying drive here. In my opinion this is one dangerous ..."

"We stayed seven days at the Shimmering waters at the Lagoons it was exactly as pictured the views were awesome enjoying the beautiful sunrise from the master bedroom balcony.
