“There was mold and shower did not work”

“As someone who stays at the Nautical several times a year for week or two at a time the last few times have been disappointing. The families that come in and take over the beach and then trash it is getting out of hand. At the beginning of my stay there was a large group that took over the beach and left it a disaster the next morning. It remained that way for two days. They checked out and left all the trash, toys, kids toys, shoes, chairs, food and beer cans every where. I think you guys……

“I like the fact that the walls were cement at very quiet between rooms. If you're in the front of the property, it's a lot quieter. The rooms were good and seemed clean. The only thing I found with the room was the floor hadn't been mopped in a while.It was swept and everything.But if you had bare feet, your feet were black by the end of the day. I'm sure it's because there is asphalt outside.And people bring it in on their shoes. Makes the towels black when you stand on them. The breakfast……

“Smelly. Dirty. Sheets clearly unchanged from previous guest. Multiple cockroaches. burnt out lights. Battery missing from smoke detector. Definitely overpriced for poor living conditions. Not enough soap and toiletries. Dirty toilet. Paint falling off. Shower damaged. Clearly extremely neglected. ”
