Prepare to be warmly enchanted by this truly authentic Southern cottage! Nestled on a quiet brick pathway that connects to RT's Market and Wilson Lawn and Racquet Club tennis & pickleball courts, the locale feels peaceful, private, and convenient to everywhere you would like to be.
You will be just steps to the heart of Wilson Village amenities and the stunning May River in one direction, and a hop-skip-and-jump to the luxurious Montage hotel in the other. The Wilson Cottages neighborhood is ideal for walking or biking, and set back from the hustle and bustle of the roads. This is the perfect spot for families, with two swing sets, and the famous Wilson Treehouse just a three-minute stroll away.
This beautiful cottage is stunningly designed to maximize space, with an open-concept living area, and roomy bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, as well as a two-zone Sonos sound system throughout the house. The first-floor master bedroom exhibits a king bed, large ensuite bathroom with heated floors, rain shower with steam functionality, and a separate clawfoot bathtub.
The second-floor features two adjoining bedrooms – One with a queen bed, connected through a Jack-n-Jill bathroom to a “Kid's Room”, featuring full-size bunk beds and a sleeper couch. The Kid's room exhibits a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV with three bean-bag chairs, making it ideal for lounging. The well-appointed second-story includes a spacious rain shower, generous closets, and drawers for your ease and comfort. The entire house is decorated in a crisp, clean, and coastal theme, bringing a next level of relaxation and comfort to your stay.
Although the interior of the home is stunning, the highlight is truly the outside living options this charming cottage offers. The front porch has four rocking chairs along with a porch swing to relax in, while watching the kids play, with a cocktail in-hand. A spacious, screened back porch provides a fantastic outdoor dining option, complete with gas grill, which overlooks a rare private fenced-in yard. Close out every evening around the classic Carolina fire pit, as the kids roast s'mores, and you share memorable stories about your adventures in the Lowcountry.

POOL & FITNESS ACCESS NOW AVAILABLE - As of June 16th, 2023 guests have optional access to the Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Black out dates - July 4th week, Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend.

Cute cottage in a great location

The house is just what you see online. Well appointed and clean. High quality amenities. Communication with booking services was great. LOVED that the backyard is fenced in! Perfect size for a family or two couples. Note that you cannot park right outside the house, you’ll need to walk all your stuff to the house.

An Absolute Dream!!

We stayed at this house (family of five with three kids ages 8-11) for three nights and it was absolutely THE BEST! We traveled through Savannah and Charleston as well on our trip and the kids keep raving about Palmetto Bluff above all else. It was worth every penny. The house: beautiful, spacious, clean, well appointed, luxurious, and perfectly located. Palmetto Bluff: picturesque low country abounds. We had the gold carts and rented bikes in Wilson Village. It made it so fun for the kids. You can’t do everything at the montage but it didn’t matter - we still played tennis, pickle ball, fished, went shrimping, ate mar delicious restaurants, and enjoyed the canoe club pool. The kids loved exploring! We’d do this part of our trip over, in this house, every single time.

House was as described

Your have a nice rental, however, it would be helpful to explain how to use the TV. My biggest issue with the house was the infestation of cockroaches. I spoke to the property manager about it. They were everywhere. We found the in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. They were on the sofa. We are from a state where this is not normal. It made us uncomfortable feeling like bugs were crawling on us when we sat in the living room

Wonderful Stay in Palmetto Bluff

Our family enjoyed a wonderful time over the Thanksgiving holiday at this home. It's a great location and meticulously maintained. Great backyard and front and back porches for relaxing. We enjoyed bike riding and fishing and exploring Palmetto Bluff. Great communication and help by the property owner and concierge. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at 22 Westerwald. The location was perfect! Our boys loved riding their bikes around the neighborhood. There were great books and games for everyone to enjoy, particularly our boys. The bunk room was perfect. We loved the front porch and screened in back porch and spent the majority of our time in those two spots. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Oh and the golf cart— we loved it! We’ve stayed on Palmetto Bluff numerous times but that was our first time with a golf cart. I highly recommend it!!! Great house! Great host!

Short but perfect stay

The location of this property cannot be beaten. RT Market was within literally a few steps and we walked to Montage resort for dinners and Cocktails. House was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Property manager was readily reachable by phone and the concierge team helped getting restaurant reservations and booked tee times. Nice touch, although we tidied up before leaving, not having to take linen off the beds or run the dishwasher before departure adds so much to comfortable stay. Couple of minor pointers, I wish there were instructions for TV and coffee machine as it took a little time for us to figure out. Highly recommend this property!

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location is fabulous. We enjoyed use of the golf cart as well. The porch and screened in patio were lovely places to gather and the home is very well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family.

Perfect Vacation

This pretty little house was perfect for our family with 2 active teenage boys. It is so close to pickle ball and basketball so they were constantly entertained. The home had everything we needed and was very convenient to everything in the property. The kitchen was well stocked and the golf cart made it easy to get to the restaurants. The concierge was able to book everything for us in advance. It was a very relaxing getaway.

Great House in the Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful week long stay and the only problem was we couldn’t stay longer! The house is beautiful, had everything we needed and is in a great location near the tennis, croquet and pickle ball courts where we worked off some of the extra calories from the second scoops from Melt in the village! We’ll definitely be back!
