Boardman Hotel with Pool

"Parking was good, overall room and hotel was clean however beds were very stiff and uncomfortable after a few hours, and coffee machine in room didn't work, took issue up with front desk but was never resolved "

"The free breakfast was terrible"

"The hotel is currently under renovations. My room did not have a working shower - I arrived late and departed very early. Management onsite indicated I would get a refund for the inconvenience. However, the next day the "senior" leader indicated I would get "points". This is extremely disappointing for a Hilton / Hampton Hotel. I trust the right people will make this right."

"Clean room"

"The room was pretty clean but had a slight sewage smell and rust on the bathroom door frame. Breakfast was not great for me. I asked if they had any gluten free options and the girl just said no. Other hotels in the past had frozen muffins and individual yogurts. Also the side door we used never locked... anyone could just walk in without using a key card."

"I reserved this room because of the pool and that it had breakfast included. The woman that checked us in was great. The pool was broken and the breakfast was worse than a gas stations. However the room was clean and quiet."

"It was ok beds head some stains on the sheets and blankets and pillows, breakfast did not look edible staff was rude "
