☀️THE SUMMER HOUSE☀️

The Summer House is a beautiful beach house designed for a relaxing summer holiday or a snug winter getaway. Located in an elevated position, just a series of steps down on to the pristine sands of Boat Harbour Beach on Tasmania's north-west coast.

The Summer House features a light flooded, state of the art kitchen and open plan living and dining areas. The Summer House boasts two elevated decks and an expansive terrace that provide breathtaking 180 degree views of the Sea, Boat Harbour Beach and Table Cape. The Summer House is tastefully furnished to ensure your stay is relaxing and comfortable. Irrespective of the season the Summer House will not disappoint.

Three night minimum stay.
Pets are on application only, please enquire. Pet tariff is $40 per stay.
NB: Mobile phone coverage for the Boat Harbour Beach area is Telstra only.
NBN and WIFI is available.

Summer house in winter

Despite booking a sun seeker adventure in winter knowing we'd likely be disappointed, we enjoyed a marvelous sunny getaway and the comforts of a lovely beachside home. With nearby beach access, mild weather and friendly locals, we left feeling revived and relaxed.

Blissful Weekend in the sun

Beautiful Boat Harbour

Delightful house with gorgeous view of the Bass Strait and just a couple of minutes walk down steps to the beach. The house is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could want or need. Extremely quiet location and Seekers cafe is a stone’s throw away - coffee/breakfast/lunch (+ cakes and muffins). Linda (the property manager) is great to deal with. Highly recommended for a quiet holiday or weekend break.

A Piece of Paradise

Property in a great location to take in magnificent panoramic ocean views from the comfort of the Lounge and front decking. We loved having breakfast in the cleverly designed dinning area also taking in the ocean views. Pantry and kitchen supplies were extremely well stocked. Fantastic accommodation. Brilliant location, modern, clean, well appointed home. A Spectacular View of Boat Harbour Bay

This a beautiful and well appointed holiday home with a spectacular view of boat harbour bay. Everything you could possibly want for a few days or a week away. 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 mins from a coffee shop/cafe. Has an addition there is a fully self contained apartment downstairs if you have 6 people. Our teenage kids loved the self contained space. Couldn’t recommend this home highly enough. In addition Linda was great to deal with. Thank you.
