Breathtaking Views:

Wake up to stunning panoramic views of the hinterland and One Mile Beach from the front balcony, and catch sight of the ocean and whales from the back balcony (June to October). This is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink while soaking in the beauty of nature.



Inviting Living Spaces:

Our home is designed for family gatherings, with bright, open-plan spaces that flow seamlessly onto the front balcony.

Living Room:

o Relax on the 4-5 seater lounge, perfect for board games or movie nights on the Smart TV.

Kitchen:

o Fully equipped for family feasts, with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, oven, and coffee machine.

Dining Room:

o Enjoy meals together at the round dining table, which seats 8 comfortably. Please note that the dining table in the main photo has been replaced with the round table.



Study/Playroom:

o A versatile space where kids can play, or parents can catch up on work.



Comfortable Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Main Bedroom (Upper Level):

o Features a Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom.

Second Bedroom (Lower Level):

o Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, with sliding doors opening to a deck surrounded by nature—perfect for a peaceful retreat.

Third Bedroom (Lower Level):

o Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, and direct access to the rear deck.



Bathrooms:

o Main bathroom with bath/shower, plus an ensuite with bath/shower. A powder room is also available for convenience.



Laundry:

o Fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and sink.

o Take in expansive views from Stockton Beach to One Mile Beach, with stunning sunsets that are sure to leave you in awe.

o Exclusive One Mile Ridge Gated Security Estate, with caretaker onsite.

o Just moments from the beach and close to local attractions, dining, and endless coastal activities.



Important Details:

• Our caretaker will personally greet you upon arrival.

• Fully air-conditioned.

• Free Wi-Fi.

• Pricing includes an exit clean on departure. Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are available upon request (additional charges apply).

• Bed and bath linen are provided.

• Please note: Onsite amenities such as the pool are not managed by us, and we cannot guarantee availability. No compensation will be provided for maintenance-related closures.

• No parties or group events are allowed. A call-out fee of $200 applies for lost keys or lockouts, and a $250 fee for unauthorised activities or noise disturbances between 10:30 pm-8:00 am. Additional charges will apply for any security breaches.

• For stays over 14 nights, cleaning and linen changes will be required and charged to the guest as quoted.



Before You Arrive:

1. Complete guest verification through Superhog for your safety and ours.

2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus a $15 admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.

3. Sign our rental agreement.

Boat Harbour is a peaceful coastal suburb known for its relaxed, family-friendly vibe and stunning natural surroundings. The area is framed by pristine beaches, including One Mile Beach and Boat Harbour Beach, perfect for swimming, surfing, or simply soaking up the sun. Coastal walking tracks, whale-watching spots, and bushland reserves make it ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. For convenience, Anna Bay and Nelson Bay are a short drive away, offering shops, cafes, restaurants, and local attractions, giving the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility.



Getting Around:

From our place, you’re perfectly placed to enjoy the area’s natural beauty and attractions. One Mile Beach and Boat Harbour Beach are just minutes away for swimming, surfing, or relaxing by the ocean. Nearby Anna Bay (5 minutes) and Nelson Bay (12 minutes) offer shops, cafes, restaurants, and essential services. For outdoor enthusiasts, Tomaree National Park, coastal walks, and whale-watching spots are easily accessible, making it simple to explore both the beaches and hinterland.

This place is beautiful, clean, well designed. For 6 people we didn't feel crowded because the 3 split levels provided a nice divide. If you don't like using stairs though, this isn't for you. The views and balcony was magical and relaxing. Kids loved the pool while adults enjoyed the warm jacuzzi. It was a win-win. Bring some extra towels for the beach/pool. Everything in Port Stephens was only 10-15 mins away, worth it for the tranquillity this place brings. . Several devices were unplugged including the internet which was on the kitchen bench top. I just needed to plug it in then everything worked. My mum said she wouldn't have known what to do if i wasn't there. Thanks to Glenyss for being a helpful host and checking in to see if everything was ok, she even popped by during our stay!
