Peaceful Lakefront Retreat: Hot Tub, Sandy Beach, King Bed, Stocked Kitchen

"Great spot for kids. Easy access. Hot tub and pond were a great combo. Great linens and very comfortable main bed. Kayaks and paddle board were fun to use. Unfortunately, no fishing poles were available. Kitchen was great but coffee maker was quite small. The pond water was clear and not deep, but muddy bottom got stirred up easily. Overall, everyone had a fun time."

"Incredible house on the lake thoughtfully furnished and supplied.- Check in was easy with door code access - Clear communication from owners all around and immediately let us know there was an issue with the stove before we got there, which was no big deal - House was clean and tidy- Appreciated the well stocked coffee area and abundant kitchen tools- The neighborhood was nice and quiet- The lake was perfect for our needs, no motorization, so we could focus on floating and paddle boarding- 2 paddle boards for use!- Spent most of our time utilizing the deck, fire pit, and dockOur only gripe was we felt the master bed was a bit too firm and we didn't love the pillows either"

"We stayed here 1.5 months ago and we loved it so much that we came again, but this time with good friends. As expected, all of us had a wonderful time. Very comfortable beds, amazing views, well stocked, very clean, wonderful beach decor, and great hosts. Don't hesitate. Just book it!"
Lake View Family Retreat w/ Deck, Fire Pit & Games

"We very much enjoyed our time in this property, but it's not quite flawless. The vast majority of things fall on the good side: The house is very clean, very spacious, well-taken care of and well-appointed. You can tell it's owned and used regularly by an actual family, as opposed to strictly being used as a vacation rental. So there are lots of homey touches, and there's no lack of little things you sometimes miss in a renters-only VRBO (spices, for example, or all the necessary kitchen gadgets). Fun playrooms for big people and little people. Check-in/out were easy-peasy; Kathleen, the property manager, was super-communicative and helpful. The balcony is huge and has a nice view. The location is very convenient to both Hood Canal area and Case Inlet. The only knock on the place is that the grounds are a bit rough. The property is quite big (maybe an acre and a half) and there's a children's play area with a swing-set jungle gym. But the grounds are mostly gravel and pretty weedy/sticker-y, and it kind of seems like at one time, they were largely used as a big parking lot. That didn't cause us too much problem, but it IS the difference between four and five stars."

"Amazing place! It was just ourselves, daughter, and her friend but it would be the perfect layout for two families. The bunkhouse would be the perfect spot to stash the kids:). Close enough to the sunset deli that the kids could walk to it on their own for some adventure. Perfect swimming out front. We also saw a bunch of seals, some river otters, and a few herons. Great spot to stay in hood canal!"

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at thie beautiful property. Whether you are sitting on the deck or one of the patios, or inside the beautifully furnished home, the views are unbeatable. Excellent location for hikes and biking. Food nearby was great. We especially loved sitting at the long table doing puzzles all night. Highly recommend this beautiful home."

"Our family loved the lake and house! There are a ton of lake toys, kayaks, peddle boat and yard games. Hanging out on the deck and still being so close to the kids playing in the water was extremely awesome, so I could relax while they played! The host was very responsive and helpful when I had any questions. Overall was a great vacation! Thank you!!!"

"We had such a wonderful stay! The house was peaceful, beautiful, and exactly what our family was hoping for. Everything was thoughtfully organized, clearly labeled, and easy to find, so we settled in right away and never had to wonder where anything was.Our kids discovered a new love for kayaking during this trip, and they also had so much fun with all the games, toys, and the arcade machine—it kept them entertained for hours. It was clear the hosts put a lot of thought into creating a space that families can truly enjoy.We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful lake home with us!"

"Great place! Clean, great kitchen, nice view, nice rooms, easy beach access. The perfect place to watch the sunset in the evening, or watch the tide go by with morning coffee. Garage access made parking easy. Loved it!"
