「Quiet location. Well maintained. Parking was easy and plenty. Convenient with restaurant next door.」

「Breakfast is the typical continental breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. We had an issue with wet carpet in our room that had occurred from a leak earlier in the day. I brought this attention to the front desk who confirmed they could also smell wet/musty carpet. It took a little while for accommodations to be made, but we were moved from a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout to a room with 1 king bed and a pullout. For 3 adults it was not ideal, but my granddaughter slept on the couch....

「Property is shopworn. Ice machine was broken, pool out of order. Blanket on bed was thinner than toilet paper. People were nice and helpful. Bathroom was clean, but looked like something out of the 50's.」

「It was advertised having hair dryer and continental breakfast. Neither was there. I asked about this, they stopped a while ago was the response. There was a place for a hair dryer, but no dryer in the spot. No garbage can in the room. The staff found me a hair dryer and gave me trash can liners. Staff was friendly. Place is just rundown and in need of some serious TLC.」

「THE place to stay in Fort Collins. Clean, easy instructions to follow to access, plenty of free street parking and walkable to Old Town. Who could ask for anything more?」

「Amazing studio room! Awesome location within walking distance to CSU and shops/restaurants. The unit had everything a person could want. Extremely clean! The personal parking spot was very valuable too. Hosts are local and very responsive.」

「The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was great though it does close at 9 which can be a little inconvenient if you get a later start. The room had tons of space and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a bit dated but you’re typically not staying in the room for the TV so it not a big problem. Lots of storage come in really handy.」

「The property is a bit dated though (mostly) well kept, and the staff was excellent. The issue was that it is a 9-story building with only one of the two elevators working on a busy holiday weekend. The one working elevator was also extremely slow. This meant many people squished into the one elevator each ride which was uncomfortable times. I understand it is costly, though the property needs to invest in improving the mechanical operation of the elevators.」
