Tennis tournament necessity

This property is perfect for anyone coming to the area for a tennis related trip. All appliances work, the kitchen is stocked well enough, there is plenty of space for 5 or even 6 people and the area is quiet. The villa is a very quick walk to Evertt and a Short drive to Macii, and numerous stores and restaurants are within a five minute drive. Management was incredibly easy to communicate with and check in/check out was super simple.

Apartment Rental

The apartment was very convenient for a week at Evert Academy. There is a pathway from this apartment complex to Evert so our kids were able to come back to the apartment after lunch to take a quick shower daily. We had five people in the apartment (family of four plus a mother in-law) and the layout worked well. Notably the onsite property manager came by promptly to help with any handyman type issues. The property was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. One area of improvement going forward was floor cleanliness (during our stay we walked around without shoes and the bottoms of our socks turned dark). Overall this is a nice unit and we would stay here again the next time we visit Evert Academy.

Amazing Vacation

Everyone from the reservation to the support were kind and helpful. The location is amazing, near to everything. The housing is beautiful. well appointed, and decorated luxuriously. The cleanliness is top notch both inside and outside. The pool offered warm water and friendly people. We will definitely share this with friends and will book again.

Everything was great except the lack of hot water in master shower. Turn it to max hot and it would go back and forth from warm to cold throughout your shower. If they get the hot water fixed then it would be 5 stars.
